Introduction to

Caliber Athlete

Over the past 25 years, Brian Lonergan has been committed to the process of developing high Caliber Athletes!

What kind of athletes?

  • Triathletes (youth and junior ages, beginner to elite levels)

  • Runners (sprint, middle and long distance)

  • Football players (speed and skill work for QB, WR, DB, RB, LB)

  • Baseball players (acceleration to improve 60 times)

  • Soccer players (quickness and conditioning)

  • And other athletes that need speed and strength training

Where are the trainings?

  • Speed training is primarily at the Lake Highlands HS track

    • our distance work with be at Norbuck/White Rock Lake​

  • Strength training is in the gym at Northwest Bible Church

  • Football skill work is at the Lake Highlands HS stadium

  • Triathlon training happens at a variety of locations in Dallas, but most of our work is in Lake Highlands and at White Rock Lake

When are the trainings?

  • We are always training! depends on the group/level

  • For more specific times, contact Brian to find the group/schedule that works for your athlete
